Recalculate layout when sticky mode doesnt change, but size of sticky box does

To reproduce:

• Scroll a bit until box becomes sticky
• Expand the Sidebar
• The bottom part was not visible

Fixed in v2.05

Decrease Height of Scroll Container when scrolled down

To reproduce:

• Scroll all the way to the bottom.
• Expand the Sidebar
• Collapse the Content Area
